Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and enrolling in our culinary classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registration for cooking classes is confirmed only upon full payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class start time receive full refunds. Later cancellations may receive credit toward future classes.

Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols. We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt classes.

All recipes, teaching materials, and class content are intellectual property of Orion Omni One and may not be reproduced without permission.

Participants assume responsibility for practicing safe food handling. We are not liable for allergic reactions or food-borne illnesses.

We reserve the right to change class content, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.

Most classes are for participants aged 16+. Younger students may attend specific family classes or with special permission.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for one year from purchase date. Lost certificates cannot be replaced.

These terms are governed by Ontario law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Toronto courts.
